Booking and Confirmation
  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email or other communication channels provided by the customer.
  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking.
  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour starts.
  • No refund for cancellations made within the day of the tour or in case of a no show.
  • In the event of bad weather, the tour may be rescheduled.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
  • Customers must comply with local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by the tour guide.
  • Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking. Certain activities may have fitness or age restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, delays, or natural disasters).
  • Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks during the tour.

Reservations with Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise are available either as instant confirmations or upon request, based on the applicable terms. All pricing is listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). After a reservation is successfully processed, the buyer will receive a voucher along with a payment receipt sent to their email address as confirmation of the transaction. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder — if the email lands in spam, please mark it as “Not Spam” so that future correspondence is delivered properly. Should the buyer not receive the voucher, they are advised to reach out to us at info@mountagungsunrisehiking.com. Buyers are required to either print the voucher or store it digitally as an e-voucher on their device, as it must be shown to Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise staff upon arrival or service use. All transactions made through credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) or debit cards are handled via a Payment Gateway that is protected by internationally certified security protocols.
